Thanks for the video! I just found I&#039;ve got some degree of hypermobility last month, which explains all of the injuries (shoulder, wrists) I&#039;ve sustained over the past 2 years. I score an easy 4/9 on the Beighton test (elbows and pinky fingers).

Wondering if you could address hypermobility in the upper body especially on how to train for stability and strength in the upper body muscle groups (shoulders, upper back etc) and their respective connective tissue. Any help is greatly appreciated.]]></description>
