I’m considering starting this program prior to my meet in march, was wondering if it’s worth it, it’s call a linear/reverse linear periodlization routine, it’s were the reps start out high with fairly light weights reps of 15, and over the Weeks the reps decrease and the weights increase. With reps at about 2-3 at 90-95%. Will I lose my my current 1rep max of a 505pound deadlift. Or will this program spike my numbers
