Do you feel that the distraction during these ab movements will counteract anterior compression and keep herniations from being exacerbated?
I’m curious about your rationale for using crunching type movements like this, as I hadn’t thought to do so. I want to try them out, but I wanted to know what you thought about that first. I have a couple disc issues in the lumbar and a couple in the thoracic as well.
Thanks for doing these videos. I tend to believe the opinions of a man who has squatted and deadlifted as much weight as you while having a PT background and a couple injuries yourself, so this stuff is awesome!
