Woah! This is just like me! I’ve been trying to fix this forever! After watching some other videos, I decided to use box squats and paused squats in my training. How should someone squatting raw with an ‘athletic’ stance think about box squats? The elitefts videos and Westside are all about wide stance and sitting way back. Should I use a different stance and depth for my box squats, or maintain my normal technique but use a box?
