I did get kinda pale lately, so it´s good to know that now that is taken care of 😀
So, as a summary, for ME you would suggest rotating the exercises but still leaving the core lifts in every 3 or so weeks? And for ME and DE you would suggest relying less on chains and bands to work on power at the point of worst leverage? Thanks so much in advance, just trying to understand and adapt Westside for myself
