Hey I actually had to train like this before myself and I would suggest doing full body workouts or toward that affect and have a heavy light medium day. I did alot of deadlifts and military press and according to Pavel Tsatsoline thats all you need to do. I did do close grip bench and alot of push ups and other bodyweight exercises and lunges high rep front squats and box squats with long pauses. Also look around your yard find barrals and logs etc. Just have fun I got pretty strong like that and had fun.
