    Very appreciated! I am a fellow big man at 6’0″, 270 pounds and was into bodybuilding for way too damn long. The last name is pronounced, “canoe-st”. German is a fun and nutty language. I am sure you don’t care, but I figured I’d tell ya anyway.

    I will meet you one of these days, hopefully I will have moved into multi-ply gear from single-ply by that time and have a pro total!
