Mark,
I’ve got some questions for you. First, regards the Donnie Thompson style ME Box Squats with chains. What percentage of bar weight is used before adding chains each set or do you continue adding weight with each set of chains? How often are these or their variations performed, once a week for ME Lower or are they just mixed in with selected ME movements?
Also, for those of us new to powerlifting who do not have a coach showing them the ropes, would you consider putting together a video for gear tutorials? Most lifters who have no respect for gear only hate because I believe they have no clue what they’re doing! This would include how to size briefs, shirts, deadlift and squat suits in single and double ply; and how to properly lift in them for ultimate effectiveness. I’d pay whatever price you’d ask if you did decide to make a DVD series on this issue!
its always to paly around with a snatch lol. but now i am wondering about deadlifts behind your legs or also known as hack squats. this is an old school lift and was wondering if you think it would be beneficial any.
